Free shipping from 500kr, smooth and safe - from order to delivery

We offer free shipping for all orders over 500kr! Most orders are also delivered within 2-5 days (depending on where you live). Delivery costs are always the same, no matter how many products you put in your shopping basket.

How it works from purchase to delivery

  1. Once you've put your snus in the shopping basket, perhaps with a new product you'd like to try, go to the checkout to place your order.
  2. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you are a new customer with us, a customer account will be created automatically and you will be able to view your orders and make changes to any subscriptions via My Pages.
  3. Your order will be picked and packed by us, then you'll receive a new email with a link that makes it easy to track your delivery.
  4. The order is then picked up by the chosen shipping company and begins its journey to you.
  5. If you have chosen home delivery, you will receive an SMS with further information about the delivery.

Home delivery:

  • UPS offers a fast, convenient and secure home delivery service. The recipient can choose when and how the delivery is made and can follow the package all the way. Offers home deliveries during the day and also in the evening in all major Swedish cities. The recipient receives a notification via SMS or e-mail with a link to the PostNord website where possible delivery options are presented. Using the PostNord App or via the online service, the recipient can choose whether the parcel should be sent home or collected from a retailer. Recipients are notified when the package is on its way or has been delivered. The recipient also has the option of choosing receiptless delivery or picking up the parcel at one of PostNord's service points. If the recipient cannot be reached and the Delivery without receipt option is not selected, the parcel will be redirected to an agent, where the recipient can then collect the parcel. Does your home have a door code or door phone?

In this case, it is important that you enter the postcode so that the package can be delivered. (This only applies if you choose home delivery!) You enter the postage code in the message that the shipping company sends you before delivery.

For orders registered during public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first working day after the end of the public holiday.
